Q1:Are you factory or trading company?

A: We are the manufacturer with more than 10 years’ production experience.

 

Q2:What is the terms of payment?

A: T/T 60% as deposit, And 40% before delivery. We’ll show you the photos and video of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

 

Q3：What are your terms of delivery?

A:  EXW,FOB,CIF

 

Q4: Can you produce according to the samples?

A:Yes,We can produce by your samples or technical drawings, OEM and ODM are available.

 

Q5: What is your sample policy?

A: The sample order is welcome.and freight should be paid.

 

Q6: Do you test all your goods before delivery?

A: Yes. Our QC have 100% tested all products before delivery.

 

Q7:What services does SINCAR offer?
A:Our services include Electric Surfboard,Electric Kart Boat,car exhaust sounds valve kit and car exhaust valve muffler system.

 

Q8: Does you provide design and engineering?

A: SINCAR specializes in design and engineering. We can work with you from start to finish on any product you are creating.

   

Q9:How about the lead time?

A:7- 15 days for sample, 20-30 days for mass production. If you have any request, please contact with us.

 

We strictly to control quality and arrange production:

1. Don’t accept defective, strict inspection of supplier's raw materials.
2. Don’t manufacture defective, the production process are strictly controlled. For all products, the workers are strictly
self-inspected on each machining process, and the quality inspectors do regular inspection and spot inspection.

3. Don’t transferring defective, the defective products found in the previous process shall never be allowed to be transferred to the next process. Before shipment, the finished products shall be inspected again, and if any quality problems be found, and the products shall be reworked or rejected according to the relevant requirement.
